Our jars of food are vacuum sealed during the canning process. This means you can store the jars on the shelf at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Once you open a jar, you'll want to refrigerate it and use the food within 4-5 days. The jars can also be frozen.
As all our food is cooked weekly in small batches with fresh ingredients, the consistency & color of each batch may vary slightly. You can find the month/year of production of the batch stickered on each item.
